La Maré Bay Harbor Islands

La Maré Bay Harbor Islands is a pre-construction tower developed by Chicago-based Regency Development Group. La Maré will feature 33 luxury units ranging from two bedrooms, two baths to four bedrooms, four and a half baths with 1,600 to more than 4,000 square feet of living space. Additional sustainable features include HEPA filtration systems and in-line heating, Insta-hots, displacing traditional hot water tanks that hold mold over time.
