Le Parc at Brickell is a 12-story condominium building located in Brickell Miami. Completed in 2016, Le Parc at Brickell was developed by Alta Developers and designed by Luis Revuelta and Archiplan Architects. Le Parc at Brickell has just 128 condo residences comprised of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus townhouses (see Le Parc at Brickell floor plans). The interiors at Le Parc at Brickell were designed by award-winning and internationally-renowned design company Ligne Roset. The Le Parc at Brickell apartments features 9-foot-high ceilings (10-foot- and 11-foot-high vaulted ceilings in the townhomes), 6-foot-deep private balconies with glass railings, and imported designer tiled flooring.
