Legacy Residences at Miami Worldcenter

Legacy Hotel & Residences is a luxury, pre-construction development located at Miami Worldcenter in Park West, Miami. Rising 50 stories, Legacy Hotel & Residences will be a mixed-use building with hotel and residential components. Legacy Hotel & Residences will be comprised of 278 residences (located on floors 26 through 39) plus 255 hotel rooms (located on the lower floors). The residences will consist of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 368 to 964 interior square feet (see Legacy floor plans). Legacy Hotel & Residences, developed by Royal Palm Companies with Kobi Karp as the architect and ID & Design International doing the interior design, will offer the ultimate experience in state-of-the-art living. The building won’t have any rental restrictions, allowing homeowners to rent their units on a daily basis via Airbnb, VRBO, or other short-term rental websites as well as via Legacy’s hotel program. The residences at Legacy Hotel & Residences will come fully furnished. Legacy Hotel & Residences is expected to be completed in 2026.
