Namdar Towers

Namdar Towers is a preconstruction development comprising of two towers both rising 43 stories tall. Developed by Great Neck, New York-based Namdar Group and designed by Behar Font & Partners with De Los Reyes Engineering, Inc. serving as the structural engineer, Namdar Towers is expected to include 1,394 residential units, 7,984 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, 336 spaces for car parking, and racks for 1,394 bicycles. Namdar Towers’ landscape architect is Witkin Hults + Partners, the MEP engineer is TWR Engineers, and the civil engineer is Gref.
 
Namdar Towers’ ninth through forty-second floors will be home to residential units with a variety of floor layouts, including studios and two-bedroom units. Residents of Namdar will enjoy a cabana area, covered and uncovered patio areas, a BBQ area, and a manicured sun pool deck with artificial turf lawn are all included in the outside facilities. A fitness center and studio will be available indoors, along with a game room, phone room, coworking space, library, bowling alley, golf simulator, kids’ area, music room, dog wash, offices, and private meeting spaces are also included in the amenities at Namdar Towers.

Namdar Towers are located at 222 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132 in Downtown Miami. Its location places residents of Namdar Towers within walking distance of Bayside Marketplace, the American Airlines Arena, and Bayfront Park. By car, Namdar Towers is 10 minutes from the Miami Design District, 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 16 minutes from South Beach.
