The Residences at 1428 Brickell

The Residences at 1428 Brickell by Antonio Citterio is Miami’s newest pre-construction condo development. Rising 70 stories, The Residences at 1428 Brickell will feature 189 FULLY finished residential units, including flooring, closets, lighting, and window treatments. 25% of the building will be comprised of two-story residences. The composition of 1428 Brickell will be two-bedroom to four-bedroom-plus-den floor plans ranging in size from 1,800 to 4,000 interior of customized living space plus Penthouse Collection with floor plans ranging in size from 4,000 to 10,000 interior square feet, including two huge penthouses with awe-inspiring, 30-foot-high ceilings (see 1428 Brickell floor plans). The Residences at 1428 Brickell will be developed by YTech with exterior and interiors designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS led by world-renowned architect Antonio Citterio. Arquitectonica is the architect of record with ArquitectonicaGEO handling the landscape design of the building.
 

 
Each residence at 1428 Brickell will feature kitchens exquisitely designed by Antonio Citterio with Italian marble countertops and limestone backsplashes, Arclinea and Vaselli kitchen cabinetry designed and artisanally crafted in Caldogno and Rapolano, Italy; a fully-integrated Gaggenau kitchen appliance package, including paneled refrigerator, paneled freezer, wine refrigerator, convection oven, steam combination oven, and built-in coffee machine; floor-to-ceiling glass windows; double-door entry with private foyer; expansive terraces with summer kitchens; and oversized travertine showers and free-standing, sculptural bathtubs designed and artisanally crafted in Rapolano, Italy. The residences at 1428 Brickell will be delivered fully pre-wired to easily control the home’s environment, including lighting, audio, window treatments, and temperature from a phone or tablet. The ceiling heights of residences in the building will range from 11 to 30 feet high.
 
1428 Brickell will be the first residential building in the world to be powered by solar energy. Over 500 photovoltaic-integrated glass panels on the west facade will create a “Solar Backbone: that comprises more than 20,000 square feet of energy-producing glass, providing residents up to 170,000 kilowatts of clean energy per year.
 
Residents of 1428 Brickell will be able to enjoy 80,000 square feet of luxury amenities, including a two-story rooftop observatory with a rooftop pool and lounge bar (Level 70); a two-story Owners Club with a double-height wine and spirits lounge, private dining room, state-of-the-art office suites, and a full bar featuring craft cocktails and culinary fare (Level 67); a 10,000 square foot spa and fitness center with plunge pools, meditation room, treatment rooms, whirlpool, and treatment areas (Level 66); two fully finished guest suites exclusively for residents’ guests and their families (Level 10); a family-focused resort deck with a resort-style pool with shallow wading areas and poolside cabanas, club bar and lounge offering food and beverage service, aquatic therapy area children’s splash pad, children’s interactive playground and creativity room, a dedicated area for children’s parties, cinema room with scheduled programming and private screenings, and teen’s sports simulator (Level 7); and a stunning lobby featuring bellman and doorman service, friendly and knowledgeable concierge staff, and a library lounge with coffee, tea, champagne (Level 1).
 
The Residences at 1428 Brickell will be located in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood at 1428 Brickell Avenue. The building will be just blocks away from the shops, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment at Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village.  By car, The Residences at 1428 Brickell will be 10 minutes from the FTX Arena, 15 minutes from the Miami Design District, 20 minutes from South Beach, and 25 minutes from the Miami International Airport.
